FitHub (fithub.tec.et) is a gym membership service operated from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This policy covers the customer website, the FitHub Android app, the vendor portal, and the vendor Android app.

What we collect

• Account email, name, and optional phone number you provide at sign-up.
• Memberships, class bookings, and gym check-ins tied to your account.
• Gym profile data that vendors submit for listing and door check-in.

How we use it

We use this data to run memberships, show approved gyms, let gym staff check you in, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Storage

Data is stored on FitHub’s self-hosted database on this service. Access is limited by role (customer, vendor, admin) using row-level security.

Delete your account

In the FitHub app open Account → Delete account. On the web, sign in and use Account. Deletion removes your login and membership records.
